Foam-Laminated Innovative 3D Panel

3D Panel is Gizir’s newest innovative solution for premium interior furniture. MDF is first laminated with a PVC foam layer. Then, foam laminated MDF is covered with the desired PVC or PP foil. As the last step, texturing press is applied to the surface of the panel to achieve the 3D effect.

How to Finish the Sides ?

In this product, instead of regular edge banding, aluminium or MDF edge profiles of the same color foil are used by cutting at a 45° angle. Alternatively, aluminium edge profiles can be cut at a 90° angle and connected via corner caps.

A cleaner and more elegant look can be achieved in both alternatives. Edge profiles and corner caps can be applied by using PU transparent mounting adhesive.
